Our process is designed to take the guess work out of choosing a wedding photographer and make your wedding photography experience stress free.  To begin, you will meet your photographer during your free wedding photography consultation.  They will work with you to understand your vision of your special day and your style.  They will help you choose the photography and album package that best suits your needs.  It gives you and your photographer the chance to meet and get to know each other.  

Reserve Your Date
A $500 reserve-the-date deposit reserves your day.  50% of your total needs to be paid 6 months before your wedding date.  

Share your vision
We spend time together to learn about your vision of your wedding day and your style so that we can help you to customize your wedding photography package.  We will help you to decide the length of time your photographer will work with you, the type of album you will want and the style of photography that will best suit you.

Between your consultation and your wedding day you will communicate with your photographer to discuss the details of your wedding day.  You will discuss your vision, the schedule, and any must-have photographs. 

Final Payment
The total is to be paid in full two weeks before your wedding date.

Image Artz captures your story!

View your Images Online
Image Artz  will have a collage of your wedding day online for you to view within one week after your wedding.  Four to six weeks after your wedding your images will be posted on a secure site where you can review the images of your wedding day.  You can then work with our Album Design Coordinator to customize an album that tells the story of your very special day.

Ongoing
You will have an amazing support network with Image Artz. We encourage you to either call or email any questions you may have.  We have been in the wedding business for many years and have many hundreds of weddings worth of experience behind us.  Even if you have questions about your wedding that are not about photography we will be happy to help.

Many of our brides and grooms come back for maternity, baby, and family portraits.  We really enjoy being a part of your family.
